44. Soothing Waters

I am ready to replenish and recharge my life. I clear away all that blocks my happiness.

As the lifeblood of our world, water connects to the root of our earth-walk, as a sacred conduit of healing and plenty. Around 70 percent of our body is water, a similar ratio to the waters of the earth. This powerful and transformative healing substance has been revered throughout history for its metaphysical properties, as a blessed channel of the Divine. As a fluid and ever-changing force, it is also associated with our emotions, unconscious mind, and the tender flow of our intuition.

As reflections of this sacred element, we each contain tides, storms, and deep swells, as we are forever transforming and soulfully evolving. This wonderful element helps clear our spirit body and reconnects us with source energy as we ebb and flow along the currents of life. The water we consume affects us on many levels, and, like us, this element can shift and transform based on the intention and care we give it. When we forget to live in harmony with its medicine, it is easier for our physical vessel to become ill or imbalanced.

Next time you are immersed in water, bathing, or even drinking a glass of it, direct an intention into its elemental magic.
