27. RAINBOW

Hope, balance, magic

Be hopeful ... duality and balance create magic.

Rainbow is an optical phenomenon, a beautiful spectrum of light. Sunlight shines upon rain or moisture in the air, projecting a translucent multicolour arch across the sky. Rainbow is something to be marvelled at, something that brings joy to our hearts. The meeting of the sun and the rain, the positive and the negative, creates this miraculous spectacle. Just like many things in nature, it seems too phenomenal to be true. Rainbow sings a song of hope; with the rain comes colour and magic. And when things are in perfect balance and harmony, magic can happen.

This is a symbol of hope. Despite the hard times, there is always beauty to be found. Even in dark situations, there are ways to make light of things. Life can be playful and lighthearted with the right mindset, even in the unavoidable harder times. Rainbow reminds you to stay positive and look for the good in all things. This card also encourages you to accept your shadow side, and the parts of you that you may not deem perfect.
