Known as flowers of the ocean, anemones are delicate creatures related to corals and jellyfish and are said to be one of the first lifeforms that appeared on earth. Their colorful tentacles resemble flowering petals, and they are believed to be frequented by fairies of the sea.

Always moving in a beautiful rhythm with the ocean, their graceful dance blooms and flows with the currents and tides. Sea anemones share powerful mystical qualities, and teach us the importance of trusting our deeper intuitive faculties. As highly sensitive creatures, they orient themselves solely by feeling. They quickly adapt to their environments when they sense a predator or prey is near - an anemone always knows when to retract or reach out its arms.

The many creatures of the ocean are not separate from one another. Instead, their feelings inform their natural responses, sharing a communication that thrives on sensitive feedback. In their own symbiotic language, these lifeforms navigate each day with the fullness of thriving and surviving.

You may very well know how the tides of your life have taken form. Rising and falling, expanding and contracting - you have adapted to a way of living by which change is a constant force that ebbs and flows. You have often relied on your heightened senses to orient yourself, sometimes in dark and hazy spaces.

When we are an open channel to receive information and energy, we are able to feel the undercurrents in any situation.
