There are many legends about the mythical sea creature known as the mermaid. Among them is the alluring call of her song, said to enchant sailors so she can drag them to the bottom of the ocean never to be seen again. The assumption is that she drowns them in the sea, but what if something much more magickal and fantastical is happening? Maybe she opens up a whole new world that only the few who are brave enough to follow the call are able to experience.
