Examine the source of your emotions to see if there is any validity to them or whether this is a trigger that is illuminating a much deeper wound that needs healing. This foot bath will pull spiritual energetic impurities through your feet, so don’t be surprised if your water looks murky. Fill a bowl large enough to fit both of your feet in and allow them to be fully submerged with warm to hot water, then add ½ cup of milk, a handful of morning glory or white rose petals (both if possible), 1 cup of sea salt, 1 tsp fresh or dried agrimony or devil’s shoestring (both if possible), and 3 bay leaves. Ask each ingredient to cleanse you of negative energy. Burn a cleansing incense of your choice or light a candle to set the atmosphere, and rest your feet in the bath for a minimum of 15 minutes. Close your eyes and relax, remaining quiet and calm. Dispose of the mixture as you please.
