Three of Wands
The Three of Wands represents focused energy and determination toward achieving goals, symbolizing the multiplication of the Ace's power by three. While it promises the attainment of immediate, intermediate objectives, it carries a warning about the nature of these pursuits - showing that good intentions may not always lead to virtuous outcomes. The card embodies movement, passion, and concentrated willpower, but cautions about the potentially destructive nature of unchecked desire and ambition.

Symbolism
Three skulls with sprouts, like in the aces, are blooming. This is literally the ace multiplied by three. The classical idea is carried over here - maximum concentration of energy, maximum focus on achieving the goal. Red roses serve as symbols of passion and vitality. The bird can be imagined as that same Quetzal, the god depicted as a bird, which we've seen in the High Priestess, Judgment, and some other arcana. In its beak is a book titled 'projects of virtue' or 'plans of virtue.' The road to hell is paved with good intentions - this is the literal association with this arcanum. The entire image shows movement, especially in the background.
Personal Development
The individual is in the process of pursuing already established goals, and they are moving toward them. In this situation, they will achieve these goals, but these are intermediate objectives that will definitely be attained.
Relationships
Here the theme of violation may already be present, however harsh this may sound. There is strong sexual attraction, a desire to possess and dominate, striving. Regarding building relationships, there is an unambiguously favorable perspective.
Career and Money
The same applies here - the necessary intermediate goals will be achieved. But this is a goal for the moment, not for the long term.
Visual Description
Three tall, red, bud-like wands rise from a bed of roses and foliage, each crowned with large red flowers. At their bases are three red carved skulls partially embedded in the undergrowth. A skeletal bird with a white skull head perches among the wands, holding a small rectangular card or tablet in its beak. Dark green vines and roses fill the background, giving the scene a dense, overgrown feeling.
