Ten of Wands
The Ten of Wands upright indicates that through hard work you have achieved much, but these accomplishments bring increased responsibility and the need for ongoing upkeep. It emphasizes stewardship: maintaining what you have built requires continued effort and attention. Reversed, the card shows that these accumulated responsibilities have become burdensome and you may feel ready to move on despite heavy investment. It warns that the desire to hold things as they are can block growth and that you are near or at capacity for taking on more.

Card Title
Ten of Wands
Upright
You have worked very hard, and you have amassed many accomplishments. Unfortunately, this also carries with it more responsibility. You must continue to guard, cultivate, and maintain everything for which you have worked so hard. A grand and beautiful garden requires more care and attention than a single potted plant. Though you have built something grand, you must now shift your attention to its upkeep.
Reverse
Those things you have amassed now feel burdensome to maintain. You might feel ready to move on, but you have invested so much in where you are. The motivation to grow is outweighed by the inclination to keep things as they are. You cannot take on much more.
Visual Description
A bright yellow card shows ten star-topped wands with pink, twisting stems rising from the ground. The Roman numeral X appears at the top and the word "wands" is printed at the bottom; decorative white lattice and star motifs frame the corners.
