32 The Pilot

I will seek out inspiration.

Standing on the dusty airstrip, she watches the spacecraft taking off around her. She runs her hand over the spaceship beside her, which hums with barely contained power. It's all hers! She puts on her helmet and jumps into the cockpit. She's never had such power and speed at her disposal before. She isn't about to waste another second on the ground. WHHHOOOOSH! She shoots up through the open sky and out into the cosmos.

The Pilot is a speed demon. She's more comfortable moving at warp speed in a flying saucer than having her two boots on the ground. She is full of dynamic energy and knows where to find inspiration. She can't wait to unleash all her ideas on the galaxy! Occasionally, something will spark your creative energy and other times, inspiration is a little harder to find. The Pilot tells you not to wait until inspiration strikes you, but to seek out inspiration for yourself. If you've been procrastinating about something, get started on it whether you feel inspired or not. Now is the time - get in that flying saucer and explore the stars!

If you’re feeling uninspired, try creating something anyway. It might just help! The more you create, the more inspired you will feel, beginning a cycle of creativity. Your productivity will ebb and flow, and this is okay! If your energy feels lower, it’s time to rest and refill your inspiration.
