Even on the busy stage, with a crowd of hundreds watching, in the shadows, our performer takes a moment to herself. She could be between acts, or she might even be waiting for her cue. Either way, she is just kicking back and enjoying the pause because at the end of the day, that is all this space is, a pause. It is a momentary stillness amongst the constant movement of the show. The length of this break is irrelevant. Just seize the moment and take advantage of the space. Give yourself permission to just breathe, relax, and let the show start when it is meant to.
