It is the quiet, unseen moments that mark the intimate experiences between two people. It is not always about loud, explosive passion. Challenger
To give oneself means being secure in oneself and reveals an understanding that you are already complete and whole. To give is to offer yourself up as the complete package and allow the other person to do the same. Yet, very often, only half is offered, with the expectation that the other person will be the missing piece. This is not a healthy connection but is rather asking someone to fix something you perceive as broken. There is no sacred union with this energy, only a set of unrealistic expectations that will always be judged by what lies on the other side of the curtain.
