19 The Alien Queen

I will celebrate my successes.

She sits regally in the ship’s command centre, basking in her newly acquired authority. It’s taken daring political intrigue, multiple failed assassination attempts and even hand-to-hand combat. But all that hard work and sacrifice has been worth it, and she knows she deserves it. She’s in charge now. The light from the stars reflects off her ornate crown as she smiles triumphantly. It’s time to celebrate her success!

The Alien Queen has got it together. After reaching her ultimate goal, she isn’t going to let anyone stop her celebrating! Too often, we achieve something important and immediately move on to the next thing in a never-ending cycle. The Alien Queen is telling you to stop and appreciate yourself and what you’ve been through to get here.

Sometimes things just come together – the planets align, the warp engines run smoothly and everything works. When this happens, enjoy it. Take the time to do something that really makes you happy. You deserve it! All those challenges and obstacles you’ve faced have made you the tough alien warrior you are today. Now it’s time to celebrate you!
